"I would give this location 1000 stars if I could! My kids literally call this place the fun bank! Frost across the board has high standards and great quality people, but this location sets the bar! Just got the invite for the Santa photos in December! It's truly the small things that make such a huge difference! So glad I made the move from Bank of America over a year ago! They will treat you like family even if you have $5 in your account!"

"Contacted this Frost location to open a trust account (for a Solo 401k) and they asked me to provide a copy of the docs. Drove there the next day and they made copies. They called me after 4 days and mentioned they wanted to see if I was "worthy of a being a client first" and needed to build a relationship. I said ok, and asked if I could meet them at the branch. I met them the next day and the recommended I open a checking account first (which I did) and they would get back to me after 3-4 business days. After no response for a week, I called them and they told me there was still no decision. I decided to walk into the branch to speak with Matthew (who was helping me). Said he'd have a manager look into it again and he would call me. After no call, I called the next day and the manager told me they'd declined to open the trust account because they really wanted a long term relationship before opening an account for my solo 401k. A "no" after waiting 2 weeks is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. It's not like I was applying for a loan. They fail to understand that building "relationships" goes both ways, and they did not allow the relationship to be built in the first place. Do not recommend anyone work with Frost. There are plenty of other banks out there that truly do value their existing and potential clients."

"So glad to finally have a branch in Cypress! Customer service and fraud protection through Frost are always top notch. Team was very friendly inside. Welcome to Cypress, better late than never! To the person who left a negative review based on locations in the app: the app tells you if a location is an ATM, financial center, or motor bank, which you know because you complained about ATMs. Offering locations of even ATMs is not a bad thing and every bank does this. You can always call customer service and tell them where you are and what you need and they’ll find the closest location for you. I’ve done it when I was in an unfamiliar part of town. Very petulant review to leave on a branch location."
