"Had a leaking hot water heater. Called Earl’s at 9:40AM. Despite being scheduled for an afternoon visit, they showed up at 10am. Assessed the heater and suggested repairing or replacing and gave us clear ramifications of repairing or replacing the heater. We chose to replace, After returning after lunch with all the necessary parts, everything was installed professionally by a couple of courteous guys. The new hot water heater was functioning by 2pm.
