"Mid summer Saturday morning I woke up to heat. Googled places to helped get it fixed. I came across this place. Website said they did 24/7 work. I called several times, got no answer. Figured it's the weekend and peak summer, maybe they just have alot of work so I submitted my info online. Never received a call back, not a reply email or nothing. Called Armstrong Monday morning and here we are Tuesday in the cool again and still have yet to hear from Snow Bear."

No running to the truck for each tool! He did inspection of every detail, even the duct in the attic! He even reset my thermostat for me.
