Dr. Perez performed 2 TOVA tests for ADHD, and has been really amazing in hearing my concerns and prescribing medication to try to find the right fit for me. Perla has also been wonderful in sending in prescriptions in time, and always answers the phone when I need to schedule an appointment or if I have other concerns. Would 100% recommend this psychiatrist."

"I was recommended to Dr.Perez by a coworker after I was self diagnosing myself with ADD thanks to webMD. However I needed clear answers from a trusting Doctor. On my first visit he was very attentive to my questions and concerns, and recommended a TOVA test. My second appointment to follow up for my results was given to me very soon and he went over them in a detailed manner and explained to me the different treatment routes. I was nervous to start anything since I thought ADD or ADHD was a diagnosis given to children. However, I trusted him and I have now been a patient in his clinic for the past months. "My wife and I moved to Cloudcroft NM last Oct. We found that trying to get a Doctor here was almost impossible. After much searching we were able to find DR. Perez in El Paso and both of us got in to see him right away. He and his staff are wonderful to deal with . Both Dr. Perez and all the staff have been very professional and kind. "Definitely wish I could give zero stars. I have only been here twice and both times I didn’t see anyone until way after my appointment time. When I saw Dr. Perez, he did not even do so much as introduce himself. I waited over an hour to see him for not even 15 minutes. The entire staff is just really slow. All they do is waste your time. Completely unprofessional. The nurse practitioner was decent, but again, I waited well over my appointment time to even see her. The only reason I am still here is because I need checkups after the new medications. Once I find something that works for me I’ll definitely be calling Tricare and looking for a new psychiatrist. P.S. How are you all going to tell ME what my wait time was? AGAIN, unprofessional."
