"Had some work done there last week. Getting the correct parts took a little longer than I would have liked, but that's not their fault. They communicated with me throughout the entire process, and I feel the prices were fair. Another dealership in town told me they would have the truck for a minimum of 5 weeks before they even looked at it to see what it needed, but they had to have the truck the entire 5 weeks prior to even diagnosing it. Tri-State began work on it the following day and kept me updated on issues and parts the entire week they had it. Very pleased with my experience."

"Got about 17 lug nuts from there and paid over $200 for them and unfortunately i was not able to put them on my truck and i had to return them the next day unused and in perfect condition with the receipt. I walk In to the parts department and wait about 10 min for someone to assist me. Once the gentleman calls me up i let Him know the situation and he cut me off and said “We cannot take these back they are not wrapped in their packaging and we CANNOT take them back.” He was very rude and i grabbed my things and walked out. If you are going to charge someone over $200 worth of parts and not take them back because of a little plastic bag that probably costs about $0.20¢?? That is outrageous! I will never come here again! What happened to the customer is always right???? Very bad customer service!"
