"I know they do not pay the people that work there a whole lot but we do not need to hear about how bad you hate the company and complaining about stocking stuff you claim you never sale then they just run you over in the isles let’s not talk about the prices this store is higher than eBay on some of there donated stuff then having to wait at counter to pay while they finish there conversations I thought mid rivers Goodwill was the worst nope this one is by far the worst at least they have a ounce of customer service"

"Prices have gone up there just like any other store. Merchandise spread out a bit more. Don't know if it was to enhance experience or that donations were down. Found a pair of huge flower oversize cotton pillowcases that are perfect for the main basic core fabrics for a quilt."

"Absolutely lazy employees that work there... we drove there with some donations. It was right up there 6 PM card time however, two employees are standing right by the bin. All they have to do is grab the bag and throw it into the box instead it's a ups. I'm sorry we are past our deadline. We can't take this bag now...... I have never seen such a lazy employees ever and I will never bring any donations to the Goodwill again because of them"

"At thrift stores sometimes it's good, sometimes not so good. Here I really had a great day of finding things I needed as well as a few goodies too. Really nice store, friendly staff, and a place I'm sure to return to. (To which I'll return -- for you Grammer buffs)"

"I walked in and went straight to the jeans. I’ve lost a bit of wait so I grabbed like 20 pairs of jeans and some shirts to try on. I get over to the dressing rooms and they’re closed. I didn’t know this because there’s no sign at the entrance telling ppl they’re dressing rooms are closed. Most places have dressing rooms back open now. I grab a few shirts and go to the cashier to tell her there’s a basket full of jeans that I’m not getting because the dressing rooms are closed. She says there’s a 14 day return policy and that I could try them on at home. Then another associate said to me “So you want us to put those away?” I said yes because it’s not my job or my fault the dressing rooms were closed. I used to love this Goodwill but won’t go back because of the rude and disrespectful staff. I live across the street from it too. This was a total waste of my time and will NOT recommend y’all anymore"
