Tech Rehab - Hereford

"Horrible Place, charged 280 for a screen repair that took a month and once I got it. Had a black dot at the bottom. I used their screen repair policy which after waiting another month they didn't even fix it and instead charged me another 40$ because the battery was supposedly smelling bad. Now when I try to charge the phone it says to unplug because it is overheating. The phone doesn't even feel hot .Not even kidding but I have to let my phone charge for about 10 minutes then unplug it and repeat the process. I had let them know about the issue but they did nothing about it. My friend brought his phone also here to repair the screen and once he got it back his bluetooth or wifi didn't work. I thought maybe it was just bad luck so I gave this place a try. Really do regret taking my phone here. Recomend going anywhere else but here."

"It took then 5 weeks to fix my xbox and they didnt even fix it they just called me an said they couldn't fix it but they sent charging me for it they can fix phone screens but I wouldn't bring any consoles here I'm not mad that it wasn't fixed I get things happen and the company is handling it really well."
