"Very disappointed in “hometown business” my 74 year old mother in fixed income went in to get inspection and oil and water CHECKED. They “misunderstood” and changed her oil, halfway through she asked what they were doing, when they told her she told them that’s not what she asked for. They charged her for the service and refused to even meet her halfway on price saying “business has been slow”!!! Not an excuse to take advantage of an elderly woman. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Taking"

"I will make it a point to make sure people are aware that they take advantage of young people. I told my my daughter to get her oil changed. For some reason she stopped here. Keep in mind she has 2016 Ford Focus. The employee at this facility told her she needed 2 new tires. ( she did not, at least 8/32nds tread). And she needed an engine flush. The car has 36,000 miles. And it has synthetic oil it’s entire life. Oil changed regularly. They charged her $53.00 for the flush and would not give her a receipt on top of the oil change. I am a mechanic as well. I would never take advantage of people’s ignorance. I have fought against this kind of activity for years. I feel sorry for you that you have to be dishonest to make a buck. Parents, and everyone be aware."
