"Made an appointment online for 1 pm. Show up 5 minutes early. Wait around for 10 minutes before I decide to just walk around the store. 30 minutes after my appointment time I leave because no one shows. No one answered the phone either. So I have no idea what the point of an office here is. Now I gotta find someone else."

"Horrible customer service at this location. The lady, by the name of Phyllis, is so incredibly unprofessional and rude as can be. She has no idea how to do the process and has no knowledge of the laws ans rules on anything. Had to sit there over two hours for a simple return of 1 w2 and 3 dependents. She had to call her supervisor more than 4 times to get help with just that. But what took the cake was how incredibly rude she was after it was done and we called her with a few questions afterward. She intentionally hung up on me twice, called me a liar and then lied to me about papers being signed. Take your business to an established service that doesn’t just hire trashy people off the street."
