Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

"I have a check from Vertex underground it's from Bank of America. I came to get a certified check so I can get it deposit. They will not give me a certified check but they'll order cash and pay me cash in three days.. I was also told I could not open account with bank of America"

"This bank location is by far the worst. You will stand in line forever because there’s only two attendants working at one time but over ten employees in the building. It’s really ridiculous the lack of customer service at this bank. If you can avoid using this location for your banking needs, please do. I recommend driving a few more miles to 1440 Keller Pkwy where they provide impeccable customer service in a timely manner."

"i bank with them because wells fargo shut my card down. then i got a credit card with them and decided to stay. so far, have had no issues. very nice staff, there are some longer wait times but it is a busy location, and ive never had a problem with support or disputes. always a good time when i go here!"
