"They had most of what I needed. Placed a order for curb side pickup for 4:00-4:30. Showed up at 4:00 and they seemed on and off busy after sitting until 4:30 they said they are bagged up and bringing them out. Lawrence (if I spelled his name right) was friendly and put them where I asked."

"This store got a 4 stars because my online order was incorrect and I had to make a second trip to pick up my order. Other than that we love this location. It's convenient for north county and they normally have what I need!."

"To the owner: the options only ask about orders. Theres no way to reach anyone at that number. The reason for the rating is because it was a two hour wait online for balloons and an hour and a half in the store. Hire people and if no one is interested maybe you aren't paying enough. The online system for ordering sucks and it doesn't allow orders to be picked up on a different date so you can't order before the day you need balloons that I could find. I waited until the store opened and was told it was a two hour wait immediately. Ridiculous."

"Manager very nice & helpful. He showed me were the store the extras. I was able to get all the vases I need for my tanle flower arrangements."

"I placed an order for my daughters first birthday party during a week day. I originally wanted to pick my order up on Friday but was told that the balloons would only last for a few hours so I had no choice but to pick them up on Saturday morning. Get there to find my balloons on the floor with all the helium gone from them because one of their workers put the wrong date for pick up. There was a lady there who took charge and single handedly untied and refilled ALL 24 of my balloons! She was amazing and accommodating and I am beyond greatful for her service. I'm not sure if she was a manager or not, but she definitely stepped up to the plate like one."
