Walmart Pharmacy

"I called the pharmacy at 4:10 pm on 12/28/2023 to find out if a medication was in stock. My normal pharmacy has been out of stock, and normally when that happens, I call around to see who has it before I waste my doctor's time calling them to send it to a pharmacy that's out of stock. After a few calls, I called this pharmacy, and after asking the simple question of whether it is in stock, the person on the phone immediately began shouting at me that they could't tell me that information, and that I had to have a doctor's office or "a representative" call. (they didn't say what kind, though they also didn't seem to know what they were talking about in general). After condescending and shouting at me for about a minute, I finally lost my temper and hung up. This person has no business being in any kind of position where someone who needs any kind of help has to be subject to their mood."

"I had problems with this pharmacy since day one. I have an account with walmart, and I had ordered online using the app, but they said they can never access my payment information that way. As a result, I had to give them the information more than the ones, only for them to have issues or I'd have to give it to them again. With all this going on, they find it hard to call me to let me know that there's a delay, so I'm waiting forever for my medication. Plus, I called the hotline so that I can get Walmart home delivery, but they never got back to me, and when you call the number that you're supposed to be looking for, all you get is a busy signal. Maybe if this company we're more concerned about customer satisfaction instead of making HRC happy, maybe I wouldn't have this issue. Never again with Walmart pharmacy!"

"The manager should be embarrassed by how incompetent these folks are. Horrible attitudes and they haven’t gotten a prescription correct in six months. They routinely leave seniors without needed medication."

"I have been using Walmart pharmacy for many years now. I would rate them very good. They have given me carry over medicine when I ran out and they had to call the doctor. From my first hand experience they treat everyone fairly and with respect, thank you."

"I had some coupons for baby formula that specified "$5 off ANY formula by Enfamil" and when I went to check out the cashier said I couldn't use them. She called a manager and with the most snotty attitude the manager stated she could GLADLY grab me the tub in the images so I could use my coupon. I snatched the coupon back so fast. I will stick to ameijer thank you!"
