"They speak russian friendly and helpful"
"The actual pharmacy closes at 6! Traveled from very far to pick up my prescription and online it says 7!"
"Got my prescription sent here and called and asked if I could get it sent somewhere else since their pharmacy isn’t open for a couple days and didn’t know. Tried calling a few times and they hung up on me every time and were very rude. Don’t send your medicine here because you won’t be able to get it for days and they are not helpful."
"Permanent buyer. I like that the staff speaks 5 languages. A good choice. I take badger, bear fat, the prices are one of the best. My wife buys almost every month."
"I ordered my medicine ahead of time as I usually. When my order was taken, I was treated disrespectfully. I gave my information; date of birth, my name, and the doctor’s prescription that was sent 2 days ago. I stopped by to pick up 2 hours later, then I was waiting for my turn for 10 minutes… when a gentleman came and she spoke in a different language to him, skips me, tells me to wait to take care of him even though I was next in line …She then picked up the phone and purposely made me wait another 5 minutes more laughing. It was loud and clear that she disliked Hispanics. I felt discriminated. When she hung up the phone, she condescendingly asked me “Are you here for a pick up?” She knew I was In line. She is sick. People like this shouldn’t be helping any customers especially in a community that well diverse. It is not the first time this happened to me or my family members. I would like to share the way I feel. I told her that what she did was racist or to the very list discrimination. You cannot give preference to anyone as we are all there for pharmacy related services. She filled only one of my 3 prescriptions. I told her that the order wasn’t complete and she told me that she had a customer in front on and I have to wait, AGAIN. I IMMEDIATELY asked for a supervisor and then said she was the supervisor. An older gentleman approached and ask another employee to assist me, she fixed my order properly, I don’t have anything to say about the pharmacy itself, it is affordable and in a perfect location but the owner should have more nicer people working. We always expect to be treated with respect and professionalism."
