"This place has dropped off in quality significantly over the past 2 years or so. Customer service is completely gone, and the pharmacy staff moves at a glacial pace. The other day I waited 40 minutes in the drive-thru (there were two of us), and today I was on hold for over an hour while they helped two people ahead of me. At the end of that wait the person told me to come in, in person, the following day for a refund on the incorrect prescription they gave me, and told me that the one I actually need is unavailable and I need to call around to other pharmacies to try to find it. When I mentioned I had been on hold for over an hour she was snippy with me. We’ve been happy and loyal customers for decades, but I think it’s time to find a different pharmacy."
"Worst pharmacy ever. Should be shut down - never have meds in stock, spend 10+ minutes on hold when calling on the phone (on a good day), literally LOST a controlled prescription once...I mean come on. I hate to give bad reviews but this one was really bad. Just waiting til someone dies because of this locations incompetence. Avoid this pharmacy, I plan to switch and so should you"
