"OMG. Can I say Express Scripts (ES) is the most frustrating? There is no smooth transition when switching from one provider that has ES to another that mandates ES. After “registering” it may take a couple of days for ES to catch up. A phone call to ES CSR can usually help expedite if not clear up. The stars are for CSR. It does take up to an hour to expedite an order and do some “housekeeping”. CSR, follies thru and transfers/updates as much as possible. Unfortunately, 90 days later, I’m back on the phone. “Fingers crossed this time” Be sure to place orders as soon as possible and follow up daily until ES ships your aRx. Payments, I pay what is outstanding. Then the next day, I see a credit. Not sure what process causes that. Not the first time. Hopefully the last? Accounts are referred to by the subscribers name and not the account holder. It’s disconcerting to get notification for your spouse, yet you open it and find it for yourself. I digress, I just want to place Rx and see it at my door within 2 weeks. Yes I said 2 weeks. Update. OMG. ES just deleted my acct. 2 days ago I talked to CSR to get a preauth for a couple of Rx. My Dr Ofc called to confirm. Today, ES deleted my acct. Do I call again to be on hold for another hour or two?"
