"They appear to have copy and pasted from the DSM. My report had another woman’s name in it which is nowhere similar to mine. They preform VERY minimal testing & recommended abusive treatments. My therapist told me that the report should not be given to any professionals due to the inconsistencies/errors & lack of anything past rudimentary insight."
"Won’t send your prescription and then will ignore your call and said they’re going to send a well fair check. How hard is it to do a job. I won’t even let me speak to a supervisor. Update has to call over 40 times for them to pick up. They would not let me speak would talk over me. Had to call multiple times again to let them know I want my appointment canceled and my official diagnosis mailed to me so I can go elsewhere. Had a whole panic attack cause it felt exactly how my mom treated me. Never would I think opening up to a health professional for it to be used against me. Nikki was so rude as well as the male doctor who hung up and never allowed me to speak. Just talked over me. And then acted like I was a child saying do I understand over and over again before hanging up? Is that’s how you talk to your own children? Will never return here and will be contacting the health department and the BBB Second update: company sent a welfare check to my house by Nikki, and I advised the police officer that they were wasting their resources. I will be reporting the company as well for wasting the police resources when I literally said, I do not need a welfare check all I needed was my prescription filled. My lawyer has been contacted as well as I feel a HIPPA violation has occurred. Also BBB Complaint has been made as well. Another update. I don’t them to cancel my appointment when the happen and Nikki said “can do” so why am I getting emails and text message reminders about an appointment I canceled! Maybe if you didn’t hang up on people you could actually do your job. This place is a Joke and doesn’t care if you run out of medication that can cause dangerous side effects if stop taking not that they care. Why would I return to a place that waste police resources and doesn’t fulfill prescription and hangs up on patients??"
"If you have mental health issue this place does not care and the doctor will go out on an emergency but not take care of her patients or have someone else. BBB is going to be involved and so is my lawyers now since all I get is hung up on and yelled at or talked over and never getting it solved. Update: Nikki or nicki the receptionist in admin hangs up without a care and doesn’t give you a chance to speak. I asked for a chance to speak but she replied no and hung up"
"I have mixed reviews for this facility. First off my Therapist Kristoffer Bowman and my RN, Amy D is amazing individuals and you can tell that they really care about their patients well being. When I speak with them I can feel their compassion, concern and grace. My problem with this facility is their lack of communication because they do not have a full time administrative staff to handle the front office and its responsibilities. Everytime I go into the office there is no one at the front to greet the patients, I always have to email my therapist that I am waiting in the lobby. Another thing is that the phones are never manned appropriately to where a patient is able to get in touch with anyone (ie:no option to leave a message, enter an extension etc) and even when you are able to reach a human being, that person is not really trained to answer any questions as the response is always (let me forward that to so and so). I believe that this would be a great facility if they would just get their admin position filled with people who are fit for the duties that are needed for this facility and then maybe it would be a place that people are comfortable going to and referring others to."
"After being called and left a message about the facility receiving a referral and calling back to make an appointment, I'm truly frustrated at this point. 2 weeks have gone by now with calls being made and being told there's no referral. YOU called me initially stating there was. I called my PCP and asked them to resend the referral. I called in again and spoke with Angelique last week who couldn't find the referral and said she would research the problem and call me back later in the day. NO phone call. I called today and was told by Nikki, after explaining to her what's happened with trying to make an appointment for the last 2 weeks, that they were short staffed and working diligently to make appointments. She also couldn't find the referral. I'm calling my PCP who can hopefully refer us to someone else. If the office is this disorganized, I can't imagine what the physicians are like. ***Notice they only respond to reviewers with good experiences but won't respond to the ones with a bad experience which tells me everything about this facility.*** Update! Just received a call on 06/05/2023. After a month of being given the runaround for 2 lost referrals and not being able to make an appointment I decided it was in my spouse's best interest to be referred to another facility. When I spoke to the person who called today, I advised her that we sought help elsewhere. If they were concerned about their patients, she would've asked why we chose another facility and apologized. Crickets! Didn't surprise me!"
