To expand his reach and keep people healthy, Kodiak began organizing mass vaccination clinics at locations such as Joliet Junior College and Lewis University. With the help of pharmacist Jeff Surdej, KODOCARE has administered over 40,000 COVID-19 vaccinations as of October 2021.

Kodiak's efforts have been recognized by local health officials and nursing schools for his dedication to public health. His work with long-term care facilities and mass vaccination clinics has allowed the Will County Health Department to focus on other populations in need.
