"Been a State Farm customer for over forty years, less than one year with this agent. Recently cancelled an additional policy adding my daughter's used car, went with AllState. The agency requested a $500.00 down payment, I cancelled the policy within 12 hours and was supposed to receive a full credit. That was on March 10, it is now April 13, still no refund despite repeated calls. The agent says the check is in the mail, that the funds have been applied to my current premiums (not authorized by me to do this), and repeated lies about the date the check being mailed. Another agent and the State Farm home office straightened this out in 30 minutes. Do not use this agency if you desire customer service."
