"If you want to go to a place where doctors don’t take you seriously then this is the place for you. The doctor talked to my finance like he was stupid. Very condescending. My fiancé could also hear the doctor saying rude things about him to the other workers at the nurses station. No one should be treated that way. Especially at a health care facility! Absolutely ridiculous!"

"Wanted to share my experience after my visit to Urgent Care 1/24/2021... the staff that took care of me were all wonderful and professional! I was dealing with some issues related to some meds that I was taking and they listened to all of my concerns etc. After appropriate testing they gave me a protocol to follow to resolve the issues. Needless to say I was very happy that I decided to go in and I would not hesitate to recommend Mercy Walworth to anyone!"

"Kind staff, pleasant front desk person didn't know anything about their process or pace of care. The problem is that Mercy hospital has an online system that supposedly books you appointments based on when their next able to see someone. Waiting for appointment and an hour and 45 minutes later we were first visiting a triage nurse who said it would be at least another one to two hour wait to see a doctor. I don't fault the team at all, they had a lot of emergency room patients to see. but it's the online system headed all accurately reflected the waiting time I and the several other families of young children probably never would have come there. We walked out and went to an aurora health center and saw a doctor in under 30 minutes. The mercy online system has got to be made more accurate especially for families with young children of which there were six other families in the waiting room had been waiting more than two hours with their young kids when we got there."

"If I could take stars away I would. My daughter and I took my granddaughter to the urgent care to have her eyes look at (she's 3 years old) because she had bright green pus in both of them. We got there at 8:04 pm short wait in the waiting area not a big deal. Get taken back to a room about 8:35 pm. NO ONE not a doctor not even a nurse came in to see her finally ask how much longer at 10:15 pm. Was told we are sorry about the wait but the doctor is behind. I said we have been here over 2 hours with a 3 year old I was told yes I'm sorry someone should be in shortly....35 more minutes we walked out!! Mercy was (years ago)....WAS as top rated place to get care once but NOT anymore!!!"

"Really irritated at mercy on 67 right now. Took My son to the walk in because he hasn't been feeling well. Well the nurse was very rude.They ask a bunch of question. She was told that he has been under a lot of stress. He is 12 and with where we live it's more then a kid should have to deal with anyway. Her response was everyone has stress. Glad you joined the real world. You don't say that to a kid. And be so rude. It just pisses me off how she treated him."
