Decades Counseling is a health institution located at 825 West 11th Street in Austin, Texas. We have immediate availability for new therapy clients on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, with weekend availability as well. Whether you're feeling anxious, depressed, struggling with trauma, substance use, body image issues, or relationship stress, we are here to help.

Our therapists specialize in working with college students and young adults, but we are equipped to help individuals of all ages. We offer in-person sessions at our downtown Austin office, as well as virtual sessions for those out of town or traveling.

We encourage a commitment to a minimum of six sessions, but therapy can last anywhere from a few months to a few years. While we do not accept insurance, we can provide you with the necessary documentation for reimbursement.
