"Reply to review from Kathryn: The patient asked us to falsify a claim to save her $1300 against our ethics and billing integrity, we spent 30 minutes on the phone with the patient tried 3 different coupons and two commercial insurances all were provided by the patient and were honored to attempt towards the claim subject of the call. We were very respectful and honored all given coupons but we had to decline her request to falsify the claim to bring the amount down to the desired amount. this is not ethical. I hope you understand that we are working with ethics and integrity and we will not violate any laws or regulations."

"My mother called to check her prescription today and the rude pharmacy staff member told her that she was “wasting their time” and hung up on her when she was simply inquiring. Horrible customer service when asked to complete very simple task."

"Rude staff and pharmacist. The tech cuts me off, very inpatient, didn't let me finish talking, put me a hold a few times. They were supposed to fill my child's medication on Saturday. It's now Tuesday and they still are "working on it". I'm disappointed in their lack of care."
