"Re: Covid testing. Unfortunately, they said 24-48 hours for result notification and it’s been about 5 days. I called the number they give for the testing lab and no one answers (just rings and rings). I called this pharmacy and they said it’s a Chicago-wide there is an inundation of test kits on labs and labs can’t keep up. I think the staff at this pharmacy is helpful and they are aware of the issue and don’t have much control of it, even though he profusely apologized. It is frustrating to not have results when they said but I don’t hold it against them and don’t see it reflective of their business. I just wish I had known to expect to wait so long to get results (and still don’t have them). Hope this helps!"
