"Summary after 12+ years of interactions: The team at the Antioch Walmart Pharmacy is wonderful! They are kind and caring. They are very busy too. With a little patience, I'm sure you will love them as much as I do."
"Keep changing rules on Medicine that is in shortage we get the run around rules change month to month. Hello the Christmas Stuff is already Going up but we can’t get our medicine because there are always shortages"
"We switched from Walgreen's to Walmart and im happy we did! Everyone we've worked with has been so kind to us! My husband has brain cancer and im there alot! They know his story, they know his name, they always ask how hes doing, they come out and help with things over the counter for him, they have been great helping us along on this journey!"
"I called and asked them if they had my prescription in stock and all of a sudden Walmart's not allowed to tell you if they have your medicine in stock or not? And so now I have to go all the way through my doctor and try and get a hold of her on a Saturday to call the pharmacy to see if they just have my medicine in stock instead of just them. Tell me yes or no. And me calling my doctor and having my prescription transferred over to them. Very very very bad customer service. I think you need to get somebody out. I don't know better at speaking with people and not so rude. As the girl sat there and told me it was the new policy, I ain't never heard of policy like that."
