"Booked a appoinment online for a vaccine just to show up and find out the pharmacy is closed. Why allow me to book for that day then? Tried to talk to a Walgreen associate [tall skinny guy] and he was extremely rude. He walked off on me mid conversation."

"The pharmacist who administered my flu vaccination today LEFT AIR IN THE SYRINGE! I know this because I heard it enter my arm. When I brought it up, the lady who gave the vaccine to me just made excuses. An absolute joke. Air in blood vessels intentional or not, can literally kill you! Never getting a vaccine here again."

"Every visit I wait 10+ minutes for my prescription even when there's not another customer in site. There are a few very pleasant pharmacists/techs; however, there is one woman in particular who is incredibly brash and regularly irritated to have to be dealing with the public. I keep meaning to transfer my prescription and give another pharmacy a shot but this one is minutes from my house and I always think "things will move quickly this time". It never does."
