They took my insurance card and never billed the insurance. They took my debit card from my wife and just charged it for the equipment. Totally dishonest as far as I'm concerned."

"Wow. Went to use the post office on 5/4, lady working extremely helpful. Answered questions, friendly, quite knowledgeable on shipping, etc. Then had to go back on 5/5. Different lady "Rita" I believe? Awful! About as helpful as a bag of hammers. "This isn't in the right box! We have tape and it's $5 a roll. (Despite the nice employee who used their own tape previously)" Depends who you get I guess, but based on "Rita" will never return. For the post office or even for life saving medication."
