"This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever seen!!! Mistakes made on prescriptions and hour plus wait times on the phone to speak to anyone in pharmacy. This is NOT a one off problem with this store. My best advice is to travel another 3 miles to another CVS."
"Incompetent pharmacy techs led by incompetent pharmacy "manager". Techs will say one thing regarding prescription availability and pharmacy manager will say another. In the end you end up wasting days when a competent pharmacy could have filled your order with no issues. When you call and they are busy, they have no problem making you wait on the phone and then hang up when its your turn. One time they even handed me a prescription for someone else after verifying my name and DOB. If you want your prescriptions filled on time without any issues, this is not the pharmacy you should use for you and your family."

"I honestly wish there was zero option. This pharmacy at 2375 Drauden Rd is the worst. It was my 1st and last time using cvs as my pharmacy. I was released from the hospital yesterday, one cvs unfortunately didn't have one of my meds, so we called another (Drauden Rd)around 7ish to see if they had in stock. Randy said they did but they close in an hour. I adv him I was going to call doc and get script sent to this one. When we arrived at CVS it still wasn't submitted. So we waited in parking lot. Called at 730p, spoke to Susan(pharm) to see if they received order yet and they hadn't. I explained how I did call, I need these before you close, explained I was released from hospital and have a back injury, she ok'd the entire time seemed uninterested with such a rude attitude. 745p. I get notification from mychart advising it was sent. We pulled into drive thru and I was advised they refused to fill because it was 750p. And they close at 8p. The pharm manager Susan was yelling from the other side, advising Randy what to say. We tried explaining my situation again, her only reply was she can't fill 1 script in 7 mins. Shrugging her shoulders and walking away. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had. Susan F, should not be a pharmacist, manager."
"Had horrible experiences with a shift manager name of Danny. Everytime I come in here it's super busy and one person ringing and he will be in the back near pharmacy doing nothing. Another time called up here asking about a item to see if cvs had Danny picks up says the item is no longer there. I walk in the store see the item myself."
