Walgreens Pharmacy

"I rarely post poor reviews, but I have had so many negative experiences with this pharmacy I'm going to be going farther from my home so I can be garunteed my meds. Although the techs are friendly, I am continually surprised by the incompetence. My meds are supposed to be auto refilled yet for months this hasn't happened. I will go in to have it filled, be told a time to come back, and it still won't be filled for hours. Several times I have become sick due to the delays on my meds. Walgreens usually is the reliable pharmacy, I just don't know what's going on at this one."

"This is probably the worst Walgreens I have ever been to. The pharmacy is an absolute joke. You can either wait in line at the drive through for 20-40minutes every time you need your medication or you can have them deliver it. Oh but they don’t actually deliver it! They will charge your card then tell you there was an issue (after calling 4 -FOUR- times and being hung up on 3 of those times). The pharmacist should be fired for how rude and unprofessional he was when I finally got ahold of him. Terrible, terrible customer service all around at this location. Nobody cares about their jobs and especially don’t care about you!"

"Waited in drive through for more than 15 mins and it didn’t move at all. Lots of people behind me left and I eventually left, with no prescription. Not okay."

"this is a terrible pharmacy. I don’t know what’s going on with them but i’ve used this pharmacy for 10+ years and the last couple years the quality of customer service has gone all the way down. I cannot believe this is how they run things. I used to love walgreens but i’m never ever using them again. ridiculous. do better."

"As others have posted here, this is the worst pharmacy I have experienced. They don’t even acknowledge that people are standing in line in the store. There is a line of upset people inside the store, there is a line of people in the drive thru, and a phone constantly ringing. This has happened now on 4 consecutive trips here to pick up a refill. I have tried different times, different days. Doesn’t matter. Same results. The store is fine. Typical drug store."
