"Animal house is absolutely fantastic. Ever since I was a kid we’ve been using them for my childhood pets. The employees and veterinarians are exceptional. Now that I have a cat of my own, I realize how important it is to have the absolute best care for one of the most important things I have in my life. I always feel like they are doing everything they possibly can. I was quoted $5500 minimum for a urinary blockage operation from VCA Aurora in an emergency situation. So I took my cat to animal house after I had his bladder drained and they quoted me $2000 but it only ended up being $1200!! I cannot recommend this place more. (Specifically Dr Sage & Dr Griffith but I’m sure the others are of the same caliber)"

"I too have had great experiences here for many years. Dr Sage and his wife and all other Dr and the technician are also very good at their job. I have used the St Charles location as well. the same very good....as a matter of fact Chippy Dippy Wiggle Butt had a bad ear infection and for some reason a few years back we went somewhere else and they couldn't perform the task of getting medicine in his ear...I believe it was Dr Sage wife( I apology Mrs Dr I don't remember your name) she and her staff in St Charles did it!!! I'll never stray again!! just saw Dr Sage I'm No Aurora yesterday and I'm very glad he knew Romeo and now Chip"
