"By far the worst experiences ever here. The pharmacy staff doesn't know what they're doing and doesn't want to work. I've had all kinds of issues whether it revolves around then claiming I don't have insurance which I do to telling me I can't get my medication at this time. When I asked to have my prescription change to a Walgreens that can actually get my medication they push back. Simply put the worst."

"I rarely EVER do reviews but this is a complaint about the pharmacy. I have been picking up my prescriptions there for 6+ years and lately I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service. Twice now I have pulled up to the drive thru past 9pm to pick up my prescription (they close at 10) and no one has been at the window to help me. I have to go inside and this is an inconvenience. I'd also like to complain that multiple times the pharmacist who rings me out always bipasses entering my phone number for reward points, even when I'm prepared to key in the numbers."
"The customer service at this store is horrible! Twice I tried to get prescriptions filled here. Both times I waited in the store for my prescriptions. The first time I waited a half hour before they told me that they didn't have the drug in stock. The second time I waited in the store for an hour. I watched everyone else get their prescriptions and waited for them to page me. I finally asked the person behind the counter and he said "Oh, they didn't tell you we don't have the drug in stock?" They left me there for an hour waiting!!!!! I asked for my prescription back and at first they couldn't find it and then finally gave it back to me because I said I would try somewhere other than another Walgreens. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS STORE!!!!!!"
