"Great job failing to fill a new insulin prescription & canceling my syringes. Can’t get syringes here unless you pay out of pocket. Run as fast as you can from this CVS: it’s always understaffed, they close the drive-thru due to staffing; will lie about calling your doc, will cancel refills if they can’t get it immediately & don’t seem to care. Anywhere…literally anywhere is better than this location."

"There is a reason this locations rating is low. This place is a joke - trust nothing advertised at this location- there’s a good chance it’s false. This is the 3rd time I’ve attempted to use this CVS- we are done! Terrible customer service. They are not prepared, their system is slow and everything takes 3 times as longer than going to Walgreens, Osco or Walmart."

"Literally the worst service I've ever had. One star is too generous. My girlfriend just had hip surgery, so I drop her off and get her settled at her aunt's house after driving from the hospital. I immediately go to CVS to drop off 5 prescriptions for her; I arrived at 5:30 pm. I was told that it would be at least an hour, so I tell them that I will be back in 1 hour. I come back, and they had only filled one prescription - that they told me wouldnt even be covered by insurance for the full supply the doctor wrote! Then, the pharmacy tech asks her pharmacist "oh is there only one? Because the computer says there is 4 other ones here. Where are they?" and the pharmacist says "well I dont even know." And then goes back to filling other prescriptions. Instead of offering to fill my order immediately, they tell me to come back in at the very least 30 minutes to pick the other prescriptions up. I go home, wait about 25 minutes, try calling them to verify everything is ready, and they never pick the phone up (I was on hold for 10 minutes). I eat dinner, then I try calling again to verify, being on hold for another 10 minutes with no response. So I finally drive over there, and I am met with the pharmacy locked up and closed and the pharmacy staff leaving the building. I was unaware that they close at 8, as all online sources say 9 pm, so I ask "um is the pharmacy closed? Because I came back to pick up the 4 prescriptions that were neglected to be filled." And the staff says "yeah I told you to come back in 30 minutes." Then walked away."

"I have been coming to this CVS for 5 1/2 years. This year, I have noticed how horrible this store has become. Every time I come here, they are out of the items that are on sale. Often, when there is a buy one get one 50% off… There is only one of the item and you can't take advantage of the 50% off. In the past, the staff was wonderful and helpful and the store was always stocked. Now, there are new employees all of the time and carts flying around the parking lot. I live four blocks from here and go to the Antioch CVS more often. If things don't get better I'm going to have to change my prescriptions to another store. I like the convenience of getting things when I get my prescriptions. It is not all the CVS's that have gone downhill, just this one. I am totally disappointed because I buy a majority of my toiletries and household items here."
