"This was my first time going to this vet. Most of the staff were nice. When my appointment was done I started walking towards the door to leave and the receptionist *yelled* at me that I need to pay before I leave, as if I was trying to run out without paying. My old vet clinic let us pay online so I was only leaving out of habit, plus I could tell my cat was stressed. She should not be yelling at people."
"Of course there are so many animal hospitals that I could have picked, but I chose Companion Animal Hospital. Not only do they accept new clients but they are SO FRIENDLY!!!! I was greeted right at the door and taken into a room. The girl (I forgot her name, but she had a pink hoodie on) she explained the details to my appointment and what my puppy needs as well as what the clinic recommends for a healthier pup. Which I chose to give him all the shots that he needed. I was told that they would follow up on my puppy to see how he was doing - which I did get a message on Monday as I came on Friday afternoon/evening hours. I recommend this place!!! If you want great customer service and be treated with love - this is your spot to go too!!!!"
"I want to start with a TL/DR version β they misdiagnosed my 5 month old, vaccinated Puppy with Parvo, Giardia and Coccidia β which were later confirmed as *negative* at two separate veterinarians. My puppy subsequently died one week later, from an infection that could have been treated when we initially visited Companion. I had a long, detailed review written out, but as I wrote I was becoming more and more upset. We brought our puppy to Companion on 8/14/23 and by 8/22/23 he was dead. Instead of honest medical assessments, and treating such appropriately, they instead chose to milk us of over $1000 of treatment for multiple diagnosis he did not have. We lost our puppy, my other dog lost his playmate, and my 5yo grand-daughter lost the sweet puppy she claimed as her own. I'd think long and hard before bringing your pet to this "Animal Hospital". A 5 month old puppy died because of Companion's money grab misdiagnosis. Also, be advised - they are not fans of breeders. I am a proponent of rescue, however their treatment of my sweet boy shouldn't be based on where I got him."
"I needed a vet for my turtle, and I found the best at Companion animal hospital. All of the staff is kind and caring, and very knowledgeable! I couldn't be happier with the care my turtle received! Highly recommended for all pets!"
"Our 1st visit to Companion Animal Hospital was this past weekend w/ our new puppy, Sir Winston OF Churchill (we call him Poo). My wife and I were extremely impressed w/ the staff, techs, and doctors; from start to finish everyone was very friendly and professional. Little dude was getting some shots and I'm told that aside from the copious amounts of cheese treat that he ate, all went very well. The Doctor was very thorough in her explanation for her short and long term goals for our new Bully and at no time were we pressured or "sold" on things offered at the clinic. Good people; Sir Winston approves (of the cheese at least) and we'll be back!"
