Carolina Roman

Carolina Roman is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist located in Sugar Land, Texas. Specializing in couples counseling, Carolina is trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a research-driven approach to therapy based on adult attachment and bonding. With over twenty years of empirical research supporting its effectiveness, EFT has been successfully applied to various problems and populations.

Having previously worked at a Houston-based counseling agency and trained with U.S. Army Family Life Chaplains, Carolina brings a wealth of experience in counseling couples and individuals. She is currently accepting new clients at the Sugar Land office.
