"Poor customer service, unprofessional, do not respond to emails and wrong furniture sent. Have been waiting over a week for a response to an email regarding their floor associates error. Really disappointed in Jennifer and Julie's way of conducting business. Response: Hi Julie. This is regarding my moms order. Its been weeks since the initial communication was sent to Katie, regarding the issue, while you and your sister were gone. Its my understanding you all returned last Monday and the issue is yet to be resolved."

"My son ordered a couch from this company during the first week of September, 2021. It is now May, 2022 and the couch has not been delivered. This business refuses to refund the deposit that was placed. They have promised three different delivery dates and have failed to make good on their promise each time. Unless you want to find yourself in a similar situation, do not give Dwellings your business."

"After merging two households and adding a baby to our current household of 3, our living room was in need of a major refresh. We needed comfort, durability, and a place to hide our kid clutter. Julie and Jenny came out and listened to our needs, talked about pieces we wanted to keep, colors we liked and were conscious of our budget. A couple weeks later we went to the show room and they presented us with beautiful options. I have to admit I was a little hesitant on the rug choice at first but I trusted their expertise. So happy I did. They nailed it! I love the color scheme and the brightness it added to the room. The blend of my husbands modern taste and my farmhouse taste was perfect without being overdone in either style. And the rug was more beautiful than I could have imagined :) Can’t wait to have them back to update the rest of our house."

"Great experience! We got the home visit design service, Jenny and Julie came to my apartment to see the space and take measurements. They were great at using what we already had and sprucing it up with a few new pieces. They were EXTREMELY flexible with our timeframe and turned the design around quickly and offered floor options when available so we could finish the space quickly. Waiting for delivery on the last few pieces and then will post before and after photos!"

"We can not recommend Julie and Jenny at Dwellings enough! We had a small family room in our home where we have several focal points on different walls and were struggling with furniture placement. We did the $150 design consult in mid-December, met with them at the end of December 2018, and are currently enjoying our new furniture that was delivered today (3/2/2019)! I was shocked at how fast the items arrived. We chose everything they recommended and are thrilled with how our room turned out. We cannot wait to use their services again for additional rooms in our home!"
