"Spent 42 dollars to feed my family and they cheated my out of 4 pieces of chicken and served me some burnt okra"

"one of the worst service I've ever had. took for ever to order and the forever to get my order because the two people filling the orders acted like it was there first day. They didn't have a clue about what they were doing. they had 5 customers waiting on their food because one order was waiting on french fries. So they wouldn't fill any other ones till the fries cooked. Have been going to this store for years. This isn't the first time I have had problems. But might be my last time going there .They would just stand there and stare at all the orders on screen but not fill them."

"I really wish they would close this location. My mom asked for a leg and a small piece for the two piece. They gave her the exact opposite trying to be smart. When i asked the lady she had a bad attitude. A mess and the chicken wasn’t even done on the inside."

"The customer service and friendliness of the person who took and gave me my order was great. Very sad and disappointed to say the food was horrible. I couldn't finish the chicken or biscuit because neither tasted good. I was also very disappointed to get home and see that my side of mashed potatoes was not in the bag. I paid for a meal and didn't receive the full meal plus I paid more than I expected based on what was stated on the menu. I had not had Church's in years and I won't be going back."

"It's really time to close this location. The employees mumble or grunt at the speaker or window. The food service, preparation, and handling have reached an all-time low. I was there at 11:30 am lunch, and I received a cold biscuit missing a portion of the bottom. Old piece of chicken(chicken breast) . I don't know if corporate stepping in would change the way they do things at this location, but opting to close it down would be greatly beneficial. There is a lot to be said about brick and mortar."
