"I had a very nice experience here ... I'm new to the scene and asked if they served food and customer suggested a few restaurants in the area and I was allowed to bring my takeout food in the bar and I ordered a few drinks... The customers and bartender were very nice and friendly...I will be back.."

"The bar was good. The bartenders were pretty nice and attentive. Only complaint (which isn’t the establishment’s fault, but it still must be stated) is the patronage. With it being in boystown, the majority of people are lead by their racial “preferences”. The few black characters there mostly got overlooked by the majority white cis guys. If you are an African American, I honestly Cant recommend here (at least the backroom, as the bar itself is fine)."

"Unfortunately I had my first bad experience tonight in this place. I'm a legal resident in the USA but I do not have an official ID yet other than my GC. I always go to the bars with the ID from my home country and I had never had an issue with it. The guy at the door tonight did not let me in because my iD was from a foreign country and I needed my "consular thing". I have never had a problem and anywhere I go in the world has taken my ID, can you imagine if I'm a visitor? Anyway, they did not let me in and I felt it was kind of discriminatory. For what I know there is not an official policy for foreign Ids being accepted in the city. This is my second time in this country, the first one was in North Carolina, Durham. Never thought it would have happened in Chicago."

"Fun chill bar. My favorite bartenders are there, and as a leather bar I’ve always felt comfortable. Only thing is they have to clean the place a little bit better cause sometimes it smells lol."
