"Terrible nobody can ever answer the phone I’m always waiting either hours or days to get my script and I’ve been getting sick without my meds due to them not answering or telling me why my script hasn’t been filled worst pharmacy ever"

"Tried to call about my blood pressure medicine medication, phone rang and rang and rang until it was disconnected. I did this 3 times. They say they record for customer service, well they got a ear full. Worst customer service ever."

"This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to…this is the second time my physician called in a script and it is now 5 1/2 hours later and I’m still waiting here over an hour after I entered the line just standing here at the register with no script they won’t even give me a time of how long I have to wait."

"Worst Pharmacy ever!! Don’t bother calling your prescription and they will not fill it until you arrive and wait in line for 20 minutes. Then they will tell you it’s gonna be another 20 minutes because they haven’t filled it yet. They will have lines of 20 to 30 people and only one cashier Very bad management. Waiting over an hour for a prescription that was called in"

"I always have issues here, but today was my last straw. They told me what I needed was out of stock and to come back today, when I called today they said it wouldn’t be filled because they didn’t get it sent in like they said they would. They substituted my prescription for a different brand because I really needed it. Then, they messed up my information with another person and putting my stuff for the wrong address. Also continuously losing my insurance information and would not use my insurance if I didn’t have the physical hard with me— a picture would not suffice. So after all this, I still don’t have my prescription because I wasn’t going to pay out of pocket when I have double insurance. Only put 2 stars because the lady working seemed just as confused as I am and was trying her best to help."
