"I order refills online. I'll check on the progress the next day and it's no longer in the cart. Have to order again. This happens about half of the time. Occasionally happens more than once. Has taken up to a week to get a persciption filled. Staff shortages also a problem."

"Worst pharmacy ever. They keep cutting their hours and aren’t even open on weekends at all anymore. The waits are terrible and staff is mean and hateful. Kroger please do everyone a favor and close this pharmacy location or get new management and staff it right. We are done with you all after using you for many years."

"Kroger has been professional and incredible, aside from the shorter hours (which really does not affect me.) I love this place, I’ve never had an unpleasant experience, very kind, understanding and they truly care about your health. It’s clear. I’ve been sick, and my husband has had to pick up my medications, and they’ve been so gracious. Sending wishes that I feel better, and even recommended a cold/flu medication to help me rest and have some control over my symptoms. Flash back just 2-3 months ago— My scripts were sent to CVS, and because of certain mood prescriptions I am prescribed, fluoxetine being one and a small dosage of an instant release anti anxiety medication, I was profiled, picked on relentlessly and judged by everyone I spoke to, but mostly Zachary. When I would call to refill one of my prescriptions, they would make snide comments like “I assume you’re calling to refill the Klonopin.” They think everybody who comes through there is a junkie. When a DOCTOR writes an order of prescription, I don’t need negative commentary from hateful people. If you can see what I am prescribed, then you know what I’m probably going through. Be kind for the love of God. Even two of my coworkers just started to go there, are prescribed the same thing as I am, and say they experience the same thing. CVS raises hell, Kroger is respectful. Make the move."

"Kalaluka was extremely rude and didn't look far enough into a situation to fully resolve it. The pharmacy manager, Brittany, was able to look into the issue and resolve it in the same day. I still transferred my prescriptions from Kroger pharmacy. I am no longer willing to stand in line for 30 minutes to an hour to pick up my prescriptions. I do not recommend them."

"This Kroger pharmacy service is pitiful! My elderly mom went in to get antibiotic prescription filled and was told there was no pharmacist there to fill it. So she left and now almost a week later and another dentist visit done, with the dentist thinking she was taking it, I had the dentist office to call the prescription in. I tried to follow up by calling the pharmacy, and tried for 5 minutes without success to speak to anyone! My mother is easily confused and forgetful, so she needs the people at the pharmacy to be helpful and know what they are doing! This is not working at the Marion Illinois Kroger Pharmacy!!!!"
