"BEWARE and do not come here for anything time sensitive or urgent. Save yourself or your in need family member being caused more stress and probably harm! After great pains to get my son to see someone they gave HORRIBLE advice, in order for it to be more convenient for them, that had disastrous results. All day after we took their bad advice they would not return our phone calls as we attempted to navigate a system it is their job to understand. The gate keeper (receptionist) is the WORST, most cold, heartless bot of a person. But hey why would I think that someone in the mental health field might have skills for dealing with people in distress or any ability to discern what is a reasonable request. Then when I asked for a different counselor because my son was uncomfortable with how badly things had gone, they said we had to pay for an appointment and explain why ~to the one~ he didn't want to see. This was all during a mental health crisis mind you. During business hours I just kept getting sent to voicemail. I asked for a Call back at 1pm because I said I need to cancel or reschedule because he doesn't want to talk to her. NO CALL but the appointment was still on the portal that night at 8pm. So I convince him talk to her, which was not easy. We call at the time of the appointment to pay for the tele-visit at 8am the next morning and get told you cancelled & that "WE ARE NOT A GOOD FIT" so basically ... kick rocks! Hey why consider that someone in crisis may be confused and indecisive. I was concerned they were gonna charge a no show fee since they never bothered to call me back. ---THEY GAVE A SAMPLE bottle & THEN A PRESCRIPTION FOR STRONG MEDICATION AFTER 30-45 min visit then refused medical follow up---- It was the most unprofessional and negligent experience I have ever had."

"I’m seeing Monique Gonzalez at Cantera Psychiatry. I’m being seen for adult adhd. After 30 days of taking the prescription she prescribed, I feel sooo much better. Monique is really easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable around her. I can’t wait to see her again next month!!!"

"Provider is ok but they keep sending my prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy. It's so frustrating to have to keep calling and asking them to be sent to the right pharmacy. It's been over a month since my appointment and my pharmacy has yet to receive the prescription. I spoke with the nurse at Canterra and was told by her that my pharmacy does not take electronic prescriptions however I called my pharmacy and was told this was not true. They hadn't received a rx from you all since December because you all keep sending it to the wrong pharmacy (which I can see on my patient portal). I will be finding a new clinic."

"I really enjoy that, as an adult, I am respected and any concerns are addressed as soon as they arise. Even if it’s something minor, they are able to warn me about possible side effects and what to do if I notice them. I feel safe to discuss my thoughts and emotions openly and honestly without judgement. It’s also nice that they believe what I say and only ask clarifying questions to better understand my situation. My experience here is excellent!"

"They always have a calm and inviting atmosphere here. It is now located in a building with other businesses and I preferred their old location but once you are inside their space it is a good environment. My psychiatrist is super nice and I have had a great experience here. They are very inclusive which is important to me and anybody could feel comfortable in their setting."
