"They’re wonderful!!!"
"They were all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them!"
"Mimi was very combative, didn't want to do anything to help the situation, just kept telling me that there wasn't an issue with Mercy's system or the way that they were doing it. I explained to her that a PA was already done but she just kept telling me it must not have been because her system was telling her otherwise. I even had the Dr office and offer to fax a copy of the PA approval over to them, Mimi stated that it wouldn't do her any good. After calling the insurance company they told me the pharmacy was submitting the claim incorrectly. The script and PA were for name brand Adderall XR and you guys were trying to process it as generic. I called the pharmacy back and this time I spoke with Kelly who wanted to argue with me about what my insurance will and will not cover and told me that the script has to be filled as generic. after waiting on hold forever just for them to send the script through as name brand, I was finally told that it was approved. they told me the price was 40. After thinking about it for a little bit I called back into the pharmacy to see why the script was so much more this time than it was the last time that I got it filled. Last time it was only $20. This is when Kelly answered the phone and placed me on hold, after a few minutes she came back on the line and told me that she needed the prescription number off my bottle because they weren't finding any record of a previous prescription. I let her know that I had only ever had one other script filled at this location and it had barely been two weeks since I had done so. After this I was placed on hold for a total of 20 minutes with no other check ins, there was a brief time when they clicked me off hold but then put me right back on without saying anything else. This was a seriously bad experience. I understand that they are busy and have lots to do but there is no reason that finding a price on a medication should take a total of 27 minutes. I was on hold for so long that I actually had to hang up and call back in just to see what was going on. If I have one more experience that is remotely close to being this foul. I will find another pharmacy."
"Called in a prescription on September 1st and asked for it to be mailed since I live about 2 hours away from the pharmacy. I was still waiting on September 10th so I called to find out why I never received it. As it turns out it was not mailed until the 9th and I finally received it on the 13th. Good thing it was not a critical drug. The pharmacist apologized but still it makes me wonder why the ball was dropped."
"It's a good hospital if you need to go"
