At the end I found out they didn’t run the insurance and the manager said they can’t refund it . It’s just a lie which can trick a customer to pay more . Never go back to cvs really bad experience:("
"Been using Schnucks pharmacy for years and normally love it. But the people they have working at this particular store need a lesson in patients and compassion. I will take my business elsewhere now. They way I was talked to and treated was beyond rude. And this isn't the first time this has happened to me. By the same employee. You never know what someone is going through. Next time try treating people the way you would want to be treated."
