"Food is always good but the service is always a pain. We only go about once every 2 or 3 months because orders are always wrong and some of the staff look at you and talk to you like they would rather not have any customers."

"5 stars cause you're one of the few restaurants left. It's good food and i live LJS. They're short staffed I'm assuming because you'll be waiting about 15-20 minutes in the drive thru. But it's worth the wait. Although last time they snuck a piece of fish into my husband's chicken meal and he was definitely not happy. I mean, it's not that hard to tell their chicken from the fish. You can tell by looking at it but the fish smell snacks you in the face first so it's obvious. Still gonna keep going cause it's the only one around. They've only messed up once so that's not an issue for me. As busy as they always are, I'm impressed that it's only been messed up once. Good job LJS! I'll be back soon."

"We were a little surprised that the dining area was closed, but it turned out to be just fine. The gentleman at the drive thru spoke clearly, repeated our order, and was just simply wonderful. He took our payment, thanked us, told us our chicken and fish meals would be out shortly and then we waited....and waited. Expecting warm food at best, when he gave us our food, it was HOT (straight out of the fryer HOT)! We pulled into a parking spot to eat since the dining area was closed, and we had a 45-minute drive home with HOT food. You don't often get hot food, so we wanted to enjoy it while we could. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious! Way to go, LJS team! We don't have a LJS in Bloomington-Normal any longer, so this was the perfect ending to a very long day. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name, but this was about 8:30 PM on Monday, November 6th. I hope his manager sees this and sees what a great job he did."

"I went through the drive through and ordered a 12 piece family meal. 8 chicken and 4 fish - since when are the chicken "planks" like nuggets? I'm supposed to feed my family of 4 with these? I called and was told I was given extra. Yes, 2 extra "planks". Not even making one whole piece of chicken. 4 pieces of chicken equated to the same size as 1 fish"
