"I like this PF. Very clean, and very friendly staff. The problem is the 30-min circuit. That is the only thing I come for. The staff does nothing to keep people out that don't belong in there. Even if they are told. Today was no different and when to the the person working out, they don't care. Since that small sign on the wall doesn't work, how about putting a large sign at the entrance saying, "circuit users only". If you care about everyone, you will do that."

"Mchenry planet has such a comfortable atmosphere! Management is doing a great job at this location! Wish there were more stair stepper machines tho! Place is always well kept and staff is very friendly. Definitely recommend going to the Mchenry planet fitness!"

"The gym is nice, clean, spacious and the staff is nice. The one thing that really bothers me and makes me give a lower score is that some gym members can be very inconsiderate of the people around them. There have been people singing on the top of their lungs, that I can hear with wearing noise canceling headphones. There also also been a whole lot of people that talk on speaker phone walking around, or being on equipment and talking on the phone loudly. I heard these two women having conversations and laughing very loud from across the gym, with my headphones in. The two women were loud most the time they were there, and they do this often. These members are very distracting and kind of stress me out as I'm there to have a good time and exercise. The inconsiderate members act like they are in their own home with how loud they are, not like they are in public. If I didn't go to the gym with headphones, I know I would be very irritated to put it nicely and I would probably just walk out. I would consider canceling too if this was all the time. I thought people were supposed to keep talking to a minimum to not be disruptive but its a free for all in the gym. Talking is fine if you aren't being loud. Being loud in the gym can be distracting and I can imagine someone could get hurt if they are distracted enough while lifting weights, when people are being loud. I would really appreciate if the staff would confront these people as I'm afraid if I said something, these people would flip out on me and I hate to be seen as a "Karen". I understand the "judgement free zone" theme but this is a little much. Also, a member was wearing a shirt that was a bit offensive and no one said a thing to them. Without saying it, it was the C word that rhymes with hunt and it was in bold large letters too. It doesn't offend me really but its just not a good look for the gym. I just wish the gym was a bit more strict honestly."
