"Pharmacy was super nice & helpful"

"They tried to charge me $300 for my prescription and were entirely unhelpful when I tried to explain that it was wrong and ask about the generic. They only said "call your insurance" over and over again. I went down the street to Walgreens and they were able to fill the prescription for $4"

"Thomas, your pharmacy team lead was very rude! He seemed down right inconvenienced by every little thing. First it was the transfer of my medicine from another pharmacy to this one. Then it was me wanting to use good RX to save myself some money. I asked if I could use the good RX at checkout and he said it wouldn't work. Then when another lady behind the counter said it would he turned around, gave her an evil glare, and told me that he guess he would try. In which it DID work and saved me over 10.00! I'm sorry but he does not need to be a team lead of anything!! If you want to work in retail and with the public be nice!! I will not be coming back here again and will go to Glen carbon walmart instead where they always treat me nicely and greet me with a smile!"

And it wasn't just one individual — it was the whole team. I am not impressed and I am now unlikely to transfer any more of my prescriptions to this pharmacy."

"This Edwardsville CVS is always clean, well stocked and orderly inside. The staff, pharmacy and head store manager are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I enjoy this location best, as they have great weekly sales and great customer service."
