"Aaron went above and beyond to get my family their Tdap vaccines. I had appointments at another location and after 30 minutes of waiting they let us know they did not have them in stock. Called the Grandview pharmacy and Aaron was pleasant to deal with from beginning to end. We were able to walk in, fill out the paperwork and he even called the insurance company when one of the shots did not go through the insurance. This is what healthcare and the future of pharmacy should be. A pharmacist who actually cares about their patients."

"Staff is not wearing gloves or any type of protective gear even in the pharmacy. These people are on the front line of fire. No barriers in the pharmacy & customers are not practicing social distancing. Burger joints are protecting there staff better. Such little regard for these people's lives during this extremely scary time. It's truly sad to see."

"One day I went to this Schnucks and there was no produce! I wish that I would have took a picture. It always stinks and dirty! I am scared to buy meat from here because it always looks old! The lines are always long and blocked off. An incident happened one day with the self checkout. So the manager was called over. She didn't know what to do so she called one of her employees over to help. It really needs updating bad including the carts."

"10:47 a.m. no express lanes open I I have to stand in a very long line holding a case of water. No manager on site observing the operation people are confused going to the express line only to realize that it's closed... undoubtedly one of the worst Schnucks have ever been to.....They are usually good... .but this location no!!!!!!!!!"
