"Messed up antibiotic for my 4 month old! This store gave me a bottle of what appeared to only be the suspension without the drug. Thankfully I hadn't dispensed it yet. My baby had a major surgery and is on antibiotics long term to prevent infection. Had I not noticed that the color was off, she may have ended up very sick. I can never go back to this pharmacy knowing that they messed up a common antibiotic (Bactrim). They gave me a new bottle, but couldn't explain what had happened. Consumers beware!"

"This the worst location. Customer service, each tech working there always acts with an attitude… they never have prescriptions ready, most times not in stock. They are more into their lives talking amongst each other than helping who at the counter. I hate this place. Can’t wait to change pharmacy"

"My wife and I have been customers of the CVS Pharmacy at 696-698 North Hwy 67 in Florissant, Missouri for a few years now, after it became a preferred provider for our prescriptions. We have been extremely satisfied and impressed by the level and quality of customer service provided by the entire store team, and especially the pharmacy staff. Anytime we have had questions or concerns, they have been addressed promptly and professionally. The entire staff shows concern for each customer, and even when the store is very busy, they are still friendly, and take time with each customer. I highly recommend this store and this team to anyone looking for a pharmacy."
