"Never again. Awful wait times. Was told 15-20min and after 40min still no prescription."
"Everyone that works here is fantastic. You can tell they work hard for the company and the customer. They are fast and efficient and have helped me save on prescriptions many times."
"Shopping was just OK. Aisles are marked by numbers not by products down the aisles. First time shopping there. It took a while because I couldn't easily find what I wanted. Picked up scripts which was very good. Prices are very good."
"Wanda L. was so thoughtful when I accidentally left my keys at the pharmacy counter, she looked up my contact info just to call me. They're the cheapest place around and incredibly kind and non-judgmental. When I was very ill with pneumonia and waiting on antibiotics, they gave me a free water and a chair for me to wait in. They even told me I could wait after taking the pill to make sure I did not have an allergic reaction while alone. This thoughtfulness includes awesome harm-reduction attitudes, including affordable, no-questions-asked access to certain insulin supplies. Although it being Costco the fewest they can sell at one time are boxes of 100; as of July 2022 they are $13.81 with tax. While you don't need to be a member to pick up prescriptions, ***this does NOT include anything else behind the counter, unless it was specifically prescribed by a physician.*** They use discount cards like GoodRx to try and save you the most money. I have had other pharmacists at other places tell me GoodRx is sketchy and might sell your info, but I've not had a problem. The only reason I would give this place less than five stars is because of something out of their control. They will run out of certain medications, specifically popular controlled ones, sometimes as soon as 17 days from receiving their shipment on the 1st of the month. They typically can only fill things up to 3 days in advance, but the sooner you fill it, the higher your chances of getting it. The DEA regulates how much of any drug any pharmacy can legally sell in any given month. So please, if it is a medication you cannot do without, call and make sure they have it in stock before choosing to have your doctor send them a new prescription; if you have already filled a prescription at least once at this pharmacy and still have remaining refills, transferring is easy. Otherwise, my physician's office took days to call Costco, confirm they were out, rescind the first rx, and then fax a new prescription to a different pharmacy. But this was entirely my physician's office's incompetency. Also, there's no drive-thru and the place is often crowded. Just make sure you have at least 30 minutes to devote to waiting in line, especially around rush hour. They don't take American Express cards."
"I called in a refill midday and contacted them a couple hours later to ask when it may be ready. I was told it is sent to “central filling” and won’t be ready until the next day. Confused, I asked if I shouldn’t call in refills - and really not in a rude or mean way at all. The woman responded with a super rude tone and said: “Yeah, you can call in orders “if you give us time!” I get they may have rude customers, but the attitude was really uncalled for considering I was genuinely polite and asked a question because I was just confused about their refill process. I never got any clarification either. Just not ok to respond that way when I was polite and it’s not ok to explain the refill process and wait period when asked. Just go to Walgreens instead. You don’t have to stand in line for 20 minutes either."
