Walgreens Pharmacy 4492 Central School Road, St. Peters, MO 63304

"Terrible pharmacy location. Excessive wait every time, regardless of time of day or volume. And forget about the drive-through, might as well be called the "sit till you run out of time or gas way"."

"Doc sent prescription in. I called and they said never received. I ended up asking doc office send it again. I told girl at drive through window what I was there for. She told me the price. Its too high. I asked for Good RX price and provided my info. By this time I assume it was pharmacist entered in info as girl didn't know. Pharmacist says not coming up. ??? BOTH ignored what prescription I was there too pick up. Gave me an old script. I got home and open it then read directions. THEY gave me the wrong script. SHOCK. I do not needed this one as its old. After telling 2 different people and providing the Good RX info. WOW. So I got back to Walgreens drove through and ask for MGR this time. That person wouldn't give me my money back or store credit KNOWING its THEIR fault. Their incompetence cost me. Contacting HQ ! Watch out for these people who are not trained nor do they listen nor care about doing a proper quality SAFE job. Where's your CUSTOMER SERVICE ? Anyone else encounter?"
