"I got help in assessing my Medicare coverage. The agent that helped me was brilliant. The building is a little difficult to find and the parking access is hard to navigate."

"Staff is polite and helpful. My father got some equipment here when he was going through some health issues. Donations are accepted. There is handicapped accessible parking, and a handicapped accessible entrance. The entrance is facing E Crystal Lake Ave, and is southwest corner of the building. Appointments are required, but I have never had any problems finding an appointment time that worked, even on short notice."
