"Can't order my prescription refill because it goes through all of these prompts about COVID vaccines every time I try to do anything. I press the button for a refill, and instead it doesn't register it and just keeps going on about the dumb vaccines."

"The worst place ever to refill your medications. I went on 02/26/20 at 3:15pm to refill my medications and get flu vaccine. I was placed on wait for 3hrs. I am an old woman who got problem with her knees. When I went to inquire in the counter of my order if it was ready so I could go home. The other staff whispered on his co-staff ears and they started laughing at me. I felt so bad like they’re laughing on my health condition. This pharmacy needs to be shut down or staff replaced immediately. Patients/customers are getting humiliated here day in day out."

"The staff was extremely rude and unorganized. I have waited 5 days for an inhaler I need for my pneumonia. They firstly filled the wrong prescription and then followed it up with saying that they would order in the correct medicine and I could pick it up the following day. Here we are 3 days later and I will have to and I quote “call around to see if anybody has one” an inhaler they allegedly ordered me 4 days ago. Horrible. So disappointed. Honestly I wouldn’t even be so upset if I wasn’t given such a nasty attitude by multiple staff for there mistakes. Walmart will no longer get my business and I will tell everyone I know about this awful experience"
