"The staff is friendly and efficient. They work very hard to make sure my prescriptions get filled quickly. They also call me from time to time if I get sloppy or lazy and forget to request a refill. If they have the product in stock it's usually ready in a few hours. I prefer working with the staff at 79 Crossing infinitely more than trying to deal with mail order companies or the large national chain pharmacies. My only complaint (and the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5) is that requesting refills via the internet has turned into a mess. It used to be very efficient and easy. But whomever Dierbergs contracts with for pharmacies reworked the refill site a year or so ago and made it unusable if you have numerous maintenance drugs that need refilling. Apparently they have never heard the expression "if it isn't broke don't fix it.," Edited a few months later - they have corrected the internet ordering process and it seems to be working as it should. But they are also now using a process for maintenance drugs where they set them for refill automatically and have them grouped so they refill all at the same time. So one trip to the pharmacy gets me all my drugs."
